Purpose

Short and long-term furnished rentals in a single building in Douala (Youpwè).

Roles

Bruyères Résidence (operator), Managers, Users.

Bookings

Confirmation upon receipt of payment; security deposit held; check-in 3 PM, check-out 11 AM.

Cancellations/Refunds

Flexible/Moderate/Strict policies apply; cleaning fee non-refundable except as required by law.

Damages

Deposit may be partially/fully captured; notification and evidence will be sent.

Payments

XAF via MoMo/OM/Card; €/$ conversions are indicative.

Personal Data

Used for booking, billing, security; GDPR rights; limited retention.

Liability

No liability for events beyond control (force majeure); house rules must be respected (noise after 10 PM, no indoor smoking, pets on request).

Applicable Law

Cameroonian law; disputes to be settled in Douala.
